Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 7, 2026
Eliovation LLC, doing business as Eliovation Business Systems ("Eliovation," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect through Eliovation.com, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information You Provide
When you book a Business Checkup, send us a message, or otherwise submit information through the website, we may collect information such as your:
- first and last name
- email address
- phone number, when provided
- business or company name, when provided
- appointment date and time
- information you choose to provide about your business, workflow, or the problem you want help solving
- calculator results or context that you choose to carry into a Business Checkup
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, sensitive personal information, or other credentials through website forms.
Information Collected Through Website Use
When you submit certain forms, our systems may also receive basic technical and submission information such as the page URL or path, page title, browser or user-agent information, device type, session identifiers, and timezone. This information helps us process the submission, understand its source, troubleshoot problems, and operate our website and business systems.
How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the website to:
- respond to your inquiry
- schedule and manage Business Checkups or other requested meetings
- understand the business problem you are asking us to evaluate
- communicate with you about your inquiry or an existing business relationship
- prepare recommendations, proposals, onboarding, or service delivery when appropriate
- maintain our customer relationship and CRM records
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and business systems
- comply with applicable legal or business-record requirements
Providing a phone number through a general inquiry or booking form does not by itself mean you have agreed to receive unrelated promotional text-message campaigns. If we introduce marketing programs that require separate consent, we will request that consent separately where appropriate.
Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate parts of our business. These providers may process information on our behalf when necessary to provide their services.
Our current website and business systems may use providers including HighLevel/LeadConnector for functions such as CRM records, form processing, appointment scheduling, communications, and related business-system functionality. We may also use hosting, email, payment-processing, document, or other technology providers as reasonably necessary to operate the business.
We do not ask you to submit payment-card information directly through Eliovation.com's general website forms. Client payments are handled through secure payment links or payment-processing services associated with an approved proposal or invoice.
Sale and Advertising Use of Personal Information
Eliovation does not currently sell personal information collected through this website or share that information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, Tracking and Do Not Track
The current Eliovation.com website does not use advertising pixels or similar cross-site behavioral-advertising trackers in its website implementation.
Some service providers, hosting infrastructure, or browser technologies may process technical information required to deliver or operate the website.
We do not currently use browser "Do Not Track" signals to change the site's normal form, scheduling, or operational functionality. Because our practices may change as the website evolves, this Policy will be updated if we introduce materially different tracking or advertising technologies.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain an appropriate business record, to provide services, to manage an ongoing customer relationship, or to meet legal or operational requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the relationship involved.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical practices intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No website, network, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided to Eliovation, request that inaccurate information be corrected, or request deletion where appropriate.
Rights may vary depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to the particular situation.
Until a dedicated privacy-contact address is published, you may submit a privacy request through the contact form on Eliovation.com. Please identify the request as a Privacy Request so that we can route it appropriately. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Minors
Eliovation's website and services are intended for business owners and adult representatives of businesses. They are not directed to minors under 18.
We do not knowingly solicit personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit personal information through this website.
If we learn that personal information has been submitted by a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete it where appropriate.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, providers, or privacy practices change. When we make material changes, we will update the policy on this page and revise the effective date above.
